PANJIT Group Signs MoU with Silicongear Corporation

Strengthens MOSFET Portfolio and Supply Chain Resilience

PANJIT Group has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Silicongear Corporation to establish cooperation in the field of power semiconductors. PANJIT plans to acquire an approximately 30% equity stake in Silicongear, reinforcing the foundation for joint development in MOSFET chip design and supply.
Silicongear Corporation specializes in power semiconductor design, with a focus on MOSFET development. Through this partnership, PANJIT will integrate additional design resources to further strengthen its well-established MOSFET portfolio and supply capabilities, supporting demand in automotive, industrial control, and high-power AI applications.
The partnership expands PANJIT’s network of design partners and enhances supply flexibility for its 8-inch MOSFET wafer products. As the global semiconductor landscape continues to evolve, PANJIT aims to further optimize its supply chain and enhance supply resilience through a more diversified collaboration framework.
Looking ahead, PANJIT will continue to leverage strategic partnerships and resource integration to advance its power semiconductor portfolio, while strengthening its ability to meet customer requirements for quality, delivery, and long-term supply reliability.
